Castleberry Properties has a rich history of construction experience that stretches back for three generations. My grandfather Corb Castleberry was an entrepreneur at heart and cut his teeth in the construction business as a framer on a construction project that built the Army Barracks for Camp Hood (then Ft Hood and Now Fort Cavazos) in the 1940's.
After attending Texas A&M, My father Clyde returned to the Central Texas area and in 1959 started his own construction company which would eventually become the Castleberry Properties, Ltd. of today. We at Castleberry Properties have built hundreds of homes in the Lampasas, Burnet, and Central Texas Area.
Being a third generation builder, I have always been around the home construction business. I have fond memories checking jobsites with my father before he would take me to school and running materials with him in the afternoons before we would go home. I learned construction starting at a very young age from the ground up starting with cleaning up jobsites and stacking materials. I completed my first solo project at age 18, in 1985, and then Attended Texas A&M. Since Graduating in 1989, I have been successful by building my business on trust and integrity. I have a wide range of experience from small starter homes to Large High End Custom homes, Commercial Projects and Development, and everything in between. I am looking forward to seeing my son, Connor, carry the Castleberry Tradition into the next Generation.
Sincerely,
Bryan Castleberry

"This was the first time we had ever built a new home and we didn’t even have to get marriage counseling."
"Initially I hear about Castleberry Properties on a billboard, then discovered they were building a home in a development where a friend of mine owned property. Based on my limited knowledge of this whole process, price was an important consideration, which they were very reasonable. After meeting Bryan and his team, we felt comfortable with them and made the choice to work with them on our new home.
The entire process was very impressive. From the help with the floor plan design, where we literally started with an idea on a piece of graph paper, to the speed of the actual project, to the realization he had worked with his sub-contractors for some time, we completely felt at ease working with Castleberry Properties during this new experience.
Bryan and his team were ALWAYS available to answer questions and helped us build the house we wanted.
If this is your first time (or not) building a home, you want to work with Bryan and his entire team. Everyone takes pride in their work and will listen to you during the building process, making sure you’re satisfied with your new home."
